Your data and privacy is vitally important to us. We store data only for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others. Information associated with your account is kept until your account is deleted or until we no longer need the data to provide you products and services.
For Elate you can delete your account any time within the app settings and your account data will be deleted immediately. Just go to the settings tab and find the "Delete/Pause account" button.
For Dara, please email support@meetdara.ai to request your account or data be deleted.
